Started Playing:
19errr78. Started trumpet at school and was told mouth was too big, so should play trombone. Never looked back.
Previous Bands:
Kingsway Youth Band, Bath Spa Band, Besses o’th Barn (till 1995 ish). Dragged out of retirement to play for Besses earlier this year.
Memorable Banding Moments:
Falling head over heels off the stage somewhere in Germany with Kingsway part way through a rendition of Hootenanny and launching my trombone towards the audience.
Favourite Piece:
Not really got one I'm afraid.

Married to a jazz trombonist, and hearing that trombonists are in short supply we bred another one. Tried this a second time but he seems more keen on drums, oh well…..
